Dear John,
I have roughly one thousand eyes, and I need ALL of them – yep, ALL of them – to see anything. All of my eyes have to be “open, unobstructed, and fully operational” if I am to sense a single visual stimulus.
Now, as you know, Halloween is coming up and therein lies the rub: costumes are extraordinarily difficult for me to find. Do you have any suggestions? A long shot, I know, but I thought I’d ask because I heard that that you have many eyes yourself.

I guess probably just a birdhouse? Maybe that would work, I don’t know. My extra eyes are really more like the eyes of a potato (i.e. vegetative nodules with limited sight capability), so I don’t know where you heard I was like you in any way. Umm…I mean my dad just sent me a picture of a birdhouse he saw so I guess try that first. It seems like you’re going to need a lot more holes so I don’t really kn0w. My dad is on a trip in Norway right now. The birdhouse you’re going to need is in Norway.
